Post-graduated in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul – PUC/RS, in 2009; holds a title of specialist in Civil Procedural Law. Postgraduate degree in Business Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul – PUC/RS, in 2012, holding a title of specialist in Business Law. Master's degree in law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul – PUC/RS, in 2016, concentrating his studies on general theory of jurisdiction and process. Former Civil Procedural Law Professor at União das Faculdades Integradas de Negócios-UNIFIN, in Porto Alegre/RS. Holds extensive experience in the area of Civil and Corporate law, both judicially and extrajudicially, in individual and collective actions.
